How to send skippers access codes?

Access codes are sent to skippers after check-in with the check-in and booking confirmation e-mail if the field “Additional info for captain in Check-in” on the Vessel Entry dialogue is filled.

To have the information field filled automatically each time an entry is created go to menu Preferences / Notifications, enter the access codes once and Save changes.


Even, when the field is filled automatically with every new entry it is still possible to change or delete the message sent to skippers by just editing the text displayed in the field “Additional info for captain in Check-in”.
